European Council adopts position on draft DSA introducing new oversight board

On 25 November 2021, the Council reached an agreement on its position on the proposed Digital Services Act (DSA). The draft legislation proposes the creation of a new European Board for Digital Services which will aid EU member states with regard to oversight of digital services.
