Securities and Exchange Commission extended period on Rule change to list and trade shares of the Bitwise Ethereum ETF (File No. SR-NYSEARCA–2025–15)

On 24 April 2025, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) designated an extended period until 10 June 2025 to take action on the proposed rule change submitted by NYSE Arca, Inc. (File No. SR-NYSEARCA-2025-15) to list and trade shares of the Bitwise Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF under NYSE Arca Rule 8.201-E (Commodity-Based Trust Shares). The extension, made pursuant to Section 19(b)(2) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, provides the Commission with additional time to assess the proposal, which was initially published for public comment in the Federal Register on 12 March 2025.
