China: National Cybersecurity Standardisation Technical Committee closes consultation on Draft National Standards on Network Security Technology: Binary Sequence Randomness Detection Methods

On 24 June 2025, the National Cybersecurity Standardisation Technical Committee closes its public consultation related to the Draft National Standards for Network Security Technology: Binary Sequence Randomness Detection Methods. The draft replaces the 2016 version and enhances randomness detection techniques for binary sequences, which are used in cybersecurity fields including encryption, authentication and secure communications.
