United States of America: Federal Trade Commission filed complaint against Click Profit for alleged misrepresentation of online sales opportunities

The FTC alleges that Click Profit falsely advertised potential high profits from its purported AI-powered systems, which claimed to facilitate online sales through established marketplaces. Additionally, Click Profit was accused of deceptive affiliations with prestigious brands, resulting in consumers losing substantial amounts of money.
