Utah Digital Choice Act (HB 418) including interoperability requirement was introduced to State Legislature

On 6 February 2025, the Utah Digital Choice Act (HB 418) was introduced to the Utah State Legislature. The Bill would establish requirements for data portability and interoperability related to social media services.
