ICO closes consultation on investigatory, regulatory, and enforcement powers
On 24 March 2022, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) closed the public consultation on three draft documents laying out policies for its regulatory actions, namely the Regulatory Action Policy, the Statutory Guidance on our Regulatory Action, and the Statutory Guidance on our PECR Powers. The three documents lay out updated policies on the scope of the ICO's powers under various applicable pieces of legislation
