China: Fujian Regulations on the Promotion of the Development of Big Data (Draft) Introduced in Provincial People's Congress

On 26 May 2021, the Fujian Regulations on the Promotion of the Development of Big Data (Draft) were introduced in the Provincial People's Congress of Fujian Province. The Draft Regulations seek to establish a framework for public data resources, as well as regulations for their collection and sharing.
