China: Published CAC Domestic Generative AI Services Filing List

On 31 December 2024, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) completed the registration process for generative artificial intelligence (AI) services under the Administrative Measures for Generative Artificial Intelligence Services. A total of 302 generative AI services were registered, including 238 new registrations in 2024. Additionally, 105 generative AI applications or functionalities that utilise registered model capabilities via API interfaces or other methods completed registration with local Cyberspace Administration offices.
