Entry into force with grace period of Executive Decree No. 22-369 amending Decree No. 22-39 on setting the conditions for issuing the general authorisation for electronic communications services

On 27 October 2022, the Prime Minister Executive Decree No. 22-369 amending Executive Decree No. 22-39 on setting the conditions for issuing the general authorisation for the establishment, operation and/or provision of electronic communications services to the public as well as the amounts of financial compensation, royalties and the related annual contribution, entering into force with a grace period until 15 April 2023. The amendment specifically modifies Article 19 of Decree No. 22-39, extending the deadline for holders of valid authorisations to comply with the new regulations. Originally, authorisation holders had six months from the publication of Decree No. 22-39 to comply. The amendment extends this deadline to 15 April 2023.
