European Union: Closed consultation on EDPB 03/2021 Guidelines on Dispute resolution

The consultation on the Guidelines on the application of Article 65(1)(a) GDPR is closed by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB). The Guidelines clarify the Rules of Procedure through the delineation of the main stages of the procedure and the definition of the EDPB's competencies during the adoption of a legally binding decision. Furthermore, the Guidelines include a description of the viable procedural safeguards and remedies.
