European Union: Opened consultation on EDPB 03/2021 Guidelines on Dispute resolution

The Guidelines on the application of Article 65(1)(a) GDPR are adopted by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and opened for consultation until 28 May 2021. The Guidelines clarify the Rules of Procedure through the delineation of the main stages of the procedure and the definition of the EDPB's competencies during the adoption of a legally binding decision. Furthermore, the Guidelines include a description of the viable procedural safeguards and remedies.
