On 22 November 2024, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) opened the public consultation on enhancing customer notification for wireless and internet services until 9 January 2025. The consultation aims to improve the information Canadians receive from their service providers regarding their contracts and promotional offers.
