Ukraine: NBU closes consultation on draft regulations on the organization of cybersecurity in the banking system of Ukraine

On 4 December 2021, the National Bank of Ukraine's (NBU) consultation on its draft regulations on the organization of cybersecurity in the banking system of Ukraine has been closed. The draft regulations lay out the basic principles around cybersecurity in the Ukrainian banking sector, and cover requirements for information exchange, protection of critical information, and independent security audits.
