Issued ruling in PCC investigation into Grab for alleged delayed customer refunds pertaining to price monitoring commitments

On 15 May 2023, the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) imposed a fine of PHP 9 million (ca. In February 2023, PPC already fined Grab Holdings PHP 9 million (USD 462'892) for failing to comply with three refund orders totalling PHP 25.45 million (ca.
