The draft Data Law aims to enhance the protection of personal and non-personal data, establishing comprehensive guidelines for data processing activities including collection, storage, modification, sharing, and deletion. Furthermore, the draft law outlines and defines data quality, which includes accuracy, validity, integrity, completeness, timely updates, and consistency. The consultation seeks to gather input from stakeholders on the proposed measures to ensure data security, compliance with international agreements, and protection of national interests.
