Mexico: Closed Public Consultation on Draft Modification of Guidelines for the Marketing of Mobile Services by Virtual Mobile Operators

On 5 September 2024, the Federal Telecommunications Institute closes a public consultation regarding the Draft Modification of Guidelines for the Marketing of Mobile Services by Virtual Mobile Operators. The Draft Modification seeks to establish mechanisms in the event of a Virtual Mobile Operator's permanently suspending services without migration of end users to another service. The Draft Modification aims to ensure the protection of user rights in such cases.
