Issued CMA clearance of Juniper Networks acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise

On 7 August 2024, the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) announced it cleared the acquisition of networking products company Juniper Networks by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The CMA determined the merger would not result in a relevant merger situation that would substantially lessen competition within any market or markets in the UK for goods or services related to network hardware and equipment.
