Introduced California Consumer Privacy Act containing Net Neutrality measures

The California Internet Consumer Protection and Net Neutrality Act is introduced in the California Parliament. The Law prohibits Internet Server Providers from blocking or slowing lawful internet traffic, prioritizing certain contents for additional prices, getting paid for Zero-rating practices, preventing users from using their own devices and lacking transparency about network management practices and commercial terms.
