United States of America: Adopted California Internet Consumer and Net Neutrality Act

The California Internet Consumer Protection and Net Neutrality Act is adopted by the California Parliament. The Act prohibits internet server providers from blocking or slowing lawful internet traffic, prioritising certain contents for additional prices, getting paid for zero-rating practices, preventing users from using their own devices and lacking transparency about network management practices and commercial terms.
