Poland: Announced UOKiK Investigation into Zalando's Consumer Information Compliance

On 4 September 2023, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) in Poland announced the initiation of an investigation into the e-commerce platform Zalando. The investigation focused on Zalando's compliance with the Omnibus Directive, particularly its obligation to transparently communicate the status of sellers and the terms of sale on its platform.
