Description

Launched new Advanced Digital Solution categories for retail and security industries under the Digital Enterprise Blueprint

On 16 July 2024, the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) launched two new Advanced Digital Solution categories under the Digital Enterprise Blueprint (DEB) for the retail and security industries. Targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Retail Management (OCRM) and Integrated Security Management (ISM) provide sector-specific integrated solutions. These innovations unify business functions, facilitating seamless information flow across operations for enhanced efficiency, data analytics, and insights. SME suitability assessments precede scaling through initiatives such as the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG). The DEB aims to accelerate enterprise digitalisation by recommending measures that empower firms to adopt emerging technologies, enhance cybersecurity, and invest in workforce capabilities.
