Thailand: Closed consultation on SEC amendments to Criteria of the Digital Asset Exchange Center (Exchange Rules)

On 26 July 2024, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) closes the public consultation on its proposed amendments to the Criteria of the Digital Asset Exchange Center (Exchange Rules). These amendments aim to establish clear criteria for the selection and delisting of digital assets, the criteria, conditions, and methods for trading digital assets, and the procedures for payment and delivery. Additionally, they aim to outline criteria for market makers.
