Closed consultation on CMA digital markets competition regime guidance

On 12 July 2024, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) closes its public consultation on the draft guidance for the digital markets competition regime, as established by Part 1 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act.
