Italy: Opened Consultation on AGCOM Inquiry regarding Integrated Communications System's Markets

On 23 April 2024, the Italian Communications Regulatory Authority (AGCOM) opened a consultation to gather insights and information on the identification of individual markets within the integrated communications system. The inquiry aims to evaluate the integrated communications systems markets and assess their values. AGCOM carries the inquiry out annually to assess, among other things, the potential existence of dominant positions in these markets and possible risks to market pluralism. The consultation will close on 22 June 2024.
