Russia: Terminated Resolution (No 448) installing a moratium on antitrust inspections of IT companies

On 28 March 2024, Regulation No 448, was terminated through the implementation of Regulation 340. The Regulation had established a moratorium on certain types of state and municipal supervisory activities against organisations operating in the IT sector from 2022 to 2024, except for preventive measures such as consulting and self-inspection. Scheduled supervisory activities and inspections for 2023 and 2024 were excluded from the plans for these periods. Additionally, the decree mandated the cancellation of unsanctioned supervisory activities and inspections within three working days of its effect and prohibited the issuance of additional orders based on incomplete inspections as of the decree's effective date.
