Implemented Resolution (No 448) installing a moratium on antitrust inspections of IT companies

On 24 March 2022, Regulation No 448 was adopted and came into effect on the same day. The Regulation establishes a moratorium on certain types of state and municipal supervisory activities against organisations operating in the IT sector from 2022 to 2024, except for preventive measures such as consulting and self-inspection. Scheduled supervisory activities and inspections for 2023 and 2024 are excluded from the plans for these periods. Additionally, the decree mandates the cancellation of unsanctioned supervisory activities and inspections within three working days of its effect and prohibits the issuance of additional orders based on incomplete inspections as of the decree's effective date.
