On 14 March 2024, the Oklahoma House of Representatives passed the Oklahoma Artificial Intelligence Bill of Rights. The Bill establishes Oklahomans' right to be informed when interacting with artificial intelligence (AI). The Bill also provides the right to know when they are encountering images or text generated entirely by an AI engine and not reviewed by a human, and the right to approve any derivative media that is generated by an AI engine and uses audio recordings of their voice or images of them to recreate their likeness.
