Established National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team
The National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team is established by the US Department of Justice. In particular, the Team will investigate and prosecute cryptocurrency cases, set priorities regarding such cryptocurrency investigations and prosecutions, train federal prosecutors and law enforcement agencies and collaborate with private sector actors.
