Executive order 13971 prohibiting transactions related to certain Chinese companies

The Executive Order "Addressing the Threat Posed by Applications and Other Software Developed or Controlled by Chinese Companies" is issued by the US Government. The Order prohibits every legal person in the US to conduct transactions involving the following Chinese software applications: Alipay, CamScanner, QQ Wallet, SHAREit, Tencent QQ, VMate, WeChat Pay, and WPS Office. The order shall be enforced within 45 days.
