General data can flow freely under relevant management requirements, core data is prohibited from crossing the border, and important data can be declared to the Municipal Party Committee's Internet Information Office for data exit security assessment. The Administrative Committee of Lingang New Area will provide data cross-border flow compliance services and daily supervision.
