On 15 February 2024, the European Commission adopted the Implementing Act on a data-sharing platform between Member States and the Commission. The platform, named AGORA, aims to facilitate the sharing of data regarding the supervision, investigation, enforcement, and monitoring of services under the Digital Services Act (DSA). The implementing act outlines the operational arrangements for the operation of AGORA and establishes the responsibilities of the Commission, the Digital Service Coordinators (DSCs), and the Board in AGORA. Further, the act specifies access rights, confidentiality obligations and security measures.
