On 8 February 2024, the Protecting Children on Social Media Act was introduced in the Arizona Legislature. The Act requires businesses to develop content filters on their social media platforms to limit cyberbullying. It also prohibits users aged 18 and above from sending messages to minors under 18 on the platform.
