Description

Introduced Oklahoma Artificial Intelligence Bill of Rights including data privacy measures

On 5 February 2024, the Oklahoma Artificial Intelligence Bill of Rights, which includes data privacy and security measures, was introduced to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. The law would establish the right to know when their data is used by an AI model, and to opt out. Further, the law mandates that any company which includes any of their data in an artificial intelligence model must implement industry best practice security measures for data privacy, and conduct at least annual risk assessments to assess design, operational and discrimination harm.
