Implemented order establishing the National Data Bureau

On 25 October 2023, the National Data Bureau of China was established. The NDB is responsible for advancing the development of data-related institutions, coordinating the integration, sharing, development and application of data resources, and supporting the planning and building of a Digital China, a digital economy and a digital society. Its goals include creating a unified national standard for data trading, stimulating innovation, and enhancing China's global competitiveness.
