Adopted Amendment of 2008 Law Concerning Electronic Information and Transactions

On 5 December 2023, the Indonesian Government adopted the second amendment of Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions. This law had previously undergone modifications through Law No. 19 of 2016. The new amendments are aimed at reinforcing guarantees of recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of individuals.
