On 05 September 2021 the Ministry of Information of Communications of Vietnam closed the consultation on the draft decree amending decree No. 72/2013/ND-CP on management, provision and use of internet services and online information. Among others, the new draft provides regulations concerning the protection of minors including age verification, content filter and takedown requirements for social network providers.
