Adopted Russian Government Decree No. 1905/2023 on the inclusion of sites bypassing blocked internet resources in the Unified Register of Prohibited Information
On 14 November 2023, the Russian Government approved Decree No. 1905/2023 amending Decree No. 1101/2012 on the unified automated information system. Through this order, the Roskomnadzor will be empowered to include sites that contain information about methods and means of bypassing blocking of online resources into the Unified Register of Prohibited Information.
