The BIS also introduced a new Temporary General License (TGL) with amended license requirements. Furthermore, the BIS amended the restrictions on US persons to prevent support to advanced PRC semiconductor manufacturing. The rules will enter into force 30 days after the filing for public inspection at the Federal Register.
