United States of America: Consultation closed on clarifying laws around cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies including data governance

A consultation on clarifying laws around cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies has been closed on 27 September 2021 by the United States Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. The consultation announced by U.S. Senate Banking Committee Ranking Member Pat Toomey aims to collect ideas and legislative proposals in connection with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
