Consultation opened on clarifying laws around cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies including data governance

A consultation on clarifying laws around cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies has been opened on 26 August 2021 by the United States Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. The consultation announced by U.S. Senate Banking Committee Ranking Member Pat Toomey aims to collect ideas and legislative proposals in connection with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
