On 12 April 2022, the Turkish Competition Authority, Rekabet Kurumu, announced that it had started an investigation into Getir Retail Logistics Inc. (Getir) for allegedly violating Articles 4 and 6 of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition through the terms extended to member restaurants of its online foot platform (Case 22-42/606-254).
