Implemented E-Commerce Law including registration requirement

On 24 October 2019, the E-Commerce law was implemented. The law regulates electronic transactions, and contract terms, and defines consumer protection standards. The law applies to any domestic or international service provider that offers goods or services in the Kingdom. According to Article 15, any service provider is to register his/her e-shop in the Commercial Register as specified in the Law of Commercial Register. Any specific requirements are made in the following Regulations.
