Implemented 2010 Revision to the Law on Guarding State Secrets
On 1 October 2010, the 2010 Revision to the Law on Guarding State Secrets was implemented. Article 48 prohibits sending state secret carriers, i.e. media containing state secrets, abroad without prior approval by the relevant authorities.
