China: Implemented implementation opinion on Cybersecurity Service Work Certification

On 15 March 2023, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), the Cyberspace Administration of China and the Ministry of Public Security implemented the Implementation Opinion on Cybersecurity Service Work Certification. The opinion aimed to evaluate the current state of implementation of China's Cybersecurity Law and ameliorate the cybersecurity standard and services offered to organizations and individuals. Specifically, the Implementation Opinion puts into practice a cybersecurity service certification programme.
