Closed consultation on Guidelines on exclusionary abuses by dominant undertakings

On 24 April 2023, the public consultation closes on the European Commission initiative to amend the Guidelines on exclusionary abuses of dominance in connection with article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU). The initiative aims to increase legal certainty regarding the applicability of article 102 TFEU by the Commission, national competition authorities and courts.
