Opened consultation on Guidelines on exclusionary abuses by dominant undertakings

On 27 March 2023, the European Commission opened a public consultation on its initiative to amend the Guidelines on exclusionary abuses of dominance in connection with article 102 Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) until 24 April 2023. The initiative aims to increase legal certainty regarding the applicability of article 102 TFEU by the Commission, national competition authorities and courts.
