Issued DGCCRF ruling investigation into Wish regarding breaches of the Consumer Code

On 24 November 2021, the General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention (DGCCRF), following an investigation into Wish regarding its compliance with the Consumer Code. The DGCCRF issued an order to Google Ireland Ltd, Qwant SAS, Microsoft Corporation and Apple Inc to delist the e-commerce platform and its application from the main search engines and mobile application stores until Wish complies with the Consumer Code and its product safety rules.
