New Zealand: Implemented ban on the use of TikTok on Parliamentary Service devices

On 17 March 2023, New Zealand's Parliament ordered the removal of TikTok from all devices with access to the parliamentary network. The order follows the advice from cyber security experts after determining that the level of risk that the use of the application poses is not acceptable in the current New Zealand parliamentary environment.
