Adopted Order on TikTok Ban on Government-Issued Mobile Devices

On 28 February 2023, the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services announced the adoption of an order banning the use of the TikTok application on all government-managed mobile devices and networks. The order requires the TikTok application uninstallation and prohibits access to it through the province network. The order will be implemented on 1 March 2023.
