Adopted Executive Order 2022-06 on Tiktok Ban on State-Issued Devices

On 14 December 2022, the Governor of the State of Idaho signed Executive Order 2022-06 banning the use of TikTok on state IT infrastructure and networks. The ban also applies to businesses with contracts with any executive agency using state-owned or state-leased devices. The Office of Information Technology Services will be in charge of the implementation of the ban.
